All-inclusive rates quoted below include three meals daily, 7 day week (Sunday – Sunday), the use of a saddle horse 6 days a week (except Sunday), riding instruction, ranch entertainment, bedroom accommodations with bath/shower and all ranch facilities including fishing privileges (License required).   Cabins vary in size from one to four rooms . River floats, fishing guides, rodeos and airport pickups/deliveries are extra.   Montana has a 7% accommodations tax applicable to the bed portion of your rate. 

Rates . . .

$ 1,890.00 for each adult
$ 1,680.00 for each child 6 – 11 years of age
(Note: Child must be 11 years or younger during their vacation to qualify for this rate)
$ 200.00 for each child 5 years and under
Non-Rider Rate is $1,300.00/person/week
Our daily rate for less than one week (3 night minimum) is $290.00 per person per day provided space is available and required Sunday arrival.

Note:   4-5 year olds may be led on a horse at the barn but may not go on extended rides.

Gratuity . . . Is not required, but is appreciated at a customary rate of 10-20 percent.

“Adult Only” Weeks 2012. . . August 26-September 2, September 2-9, September 9-16

Deposit . . . A deposit of 30% of the total bill is requested to confirm all reservations.   We accept cash, personal checks and travelers checks.  We highly recommend travel insurance.   Final payment is due in full at the end of your stay.

Cancellations . . . Non-refundable deposits may be applied to a subsequent year's vacation only. Otherwise, your deposit is sacrificed without any carry-over credit. Pregnant Women . . . Pregnant women will not be allowed to ride.

Check-In . . . Check-in Sunday at 4:00 pm. Check-out following Sunday at 10:00 am.

Transportation . . .   If you are planning to drive we will send you specific directions when you secure your reservation with deposit.   Our nearest airport is located near Bozeman, MT just over an hour’s drive west of the Ranch.  We are happy to provide transportation to and from the Bozeman airport by prior arrangement for $40.00 per person ($80.00 per person round trip).  Flight arrivals after 7:00 pm will require you to either rent a vehicle or arrange alternate shuttle services. 

We will need to receive your request at least 10 days before your scheduled arrival.
If you plan to fly into Billings, MT you should plan to rent a vehicle and drive to the ranch.  Flight arrivals after 7:00 pm will require you to either rent a vehicle or arrange alternate shuttle services.  Livingston, our nearest community, has a small city-county airport, FFA service and UNICOM with a 5,700 foot asphalt runway.  We are happy to meet guests there  as well as the Greyhound Depot in Livingston at no additional charge.
